1. Services
Liquid Lava provides web design services as described on this website. Our standard offering involves delivering a completed website design within 3 business days of receiving full payment and completed project details.
2. Payment
All services require full payment upfront before work commences. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
Once payment is confirmed and your project brief has been received, work begins immediately. As a result, all sales are final once the design process has commenced.
3. Turnaround time
We aim to deliver your completed design within 3 business days of receiving both payment and your completed project details. Business days exclude weekends and Australian public holidays. The 3-day clock starts once we have both.
4. Revisions
Each package includes one (1) round of revisions. A revision round consists of a single consolidated list of changes submitted via email. Additional revision rounds beyond what is included may be available at an additional cost — contact us to arrange.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment and delivery, all rights to the completed design files are transferred to you. Liquid Lava retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project information. You warrant that any content, images, or assets you supply do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Liquid Lava accepts no liability for content provided by clients.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liquid Lava's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Refunds
Refunds are not available once the design process has commenced. If you have a genuine concern, please contact us and we will do our best to find a resolution.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
